Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEO AI Co™ platform, website, and licensed services. By submitting a licensing inquiry or activating a licence, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SEO AI Co™ provides a licensed search infrastructure system that deploys structured, intelligent content — including schema-marked service and location pages — across your website and across 1,000+ U.S. cities. The system includes structured content deployment, JSON-LD schema, internal linking architecture, and FAQ signals — all governed by your active licence.

2. Licence Tiers & Access

SEO AI Co™ licences are offered in three tiers:

• Starter — Limited URL capacity, approved on a case-by-case basis
• 5,000 URL Licence — Up to 5,000 active search asset pages
• 10,000 URL Licence — Up to 10,000 active search asset pages (required for legacy re-entry)

Licensing access is reviewed individually. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.

3. What Your Licence Includes

While your licence is active, you receive:

• Structured, intelligent content unique to each service and city combination
• LocalBusiness JSON-LD, FAQ schema, and meta signals on every page
• Internal link architecture across your entire licensed footprint
• Localized page deployment covering every market in your agreement
• Zero-attribution deployment — no SEO AI Co™ branding on your site
• Licensed page inventory within your approved tier capacity

4. Active Licence vs. Lapsed Licence

Active licence: All pages are fully live — structured content, schema markup, FAQ architecture, internal link structure, and localized data are operational. Your pages are indexed and maintained across organic search, AI systems, and emerging discovery layers.

Lapsed licence: The infrastructure deactivates. All structured content, schema, FAQ architecture, and search signals are removed. Pages revert to displaying only your company name and phone number. Position is no longer held. The URLs remain on your site but are no longer operating as search assets.

Reactivation is available by resuming payment on your existing tier.

5. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• Licences at the 5K and 10K tiers operate on a structured 4-month initial deployment cycle. Each deployment runs in a structured 4-month cycle — build, stabilization, expansion, and growth.
• Pricing is as listed at the time of your licence activation and may be updated for new subscribers.
• Failed payments will trigger a grace period. If payment is not resolved, your licence will lapse (see Section 4).

6. URL Capacity & Upgrades

Each licence tier has a defined URL capacity. If you need more pages than your current tier allows, you can upgrade to the next tier. Existing pages carry over — nothing is lost when you upgrade. Downgrading is not available; URL inventory is tied to the tier at which it was deployed.

7. Legacy & Pre-Licence Builds

If you have existing programmatic pages built outside the SEO AI Co™ system, they can be brought into the licensed infrastructure — but this requires the 10,000 URL licence tier. This ensures system integrity and provides full access to structured content deployment, link architecture, and search signals across your entire footprint.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your domain, your site: Pages are deployed on your website and under your brand. You own your domain and site content.

System IP: The SEO AI Co™ infrastructure — including its content generation system, schema framework, linking architecture, and deployment logic — remains the intellectual property of SEO AI Co™. Your licence grants you the right to use these outputs, not to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the underlying system.

SEO AI Co™ and its associated systems, methodologies, frameworks, and processes are proprietary. Use of this website or services does not grant rights to reproduce, replicate, or reverse engineer any part of the system without written permission.

System-generated content: Structured content generated by the system for your pages is delivered under your licence for use on your site. You may not resell, redistribute, or syndicate the raw content output outside your licensed deployment.

9. White-Label & Agency Use

Agency licence holders may deploy SEO AI Co™ pages across multiple client sites under their own brand. There is no SEO AI Co™ attribution required on client-facing pages. The agency is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with these Terms across all deployments.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the system to generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the SEO AI Co™ system or its architecture
• Share your licence credentials or allow unauthorised third parties to access the system
• Use the system to spam, manipulate search engines through deceptive practices, or violate search engine guidelines in ways that could harm the broader system
• Deploy content that is hateful, defamatory, or violates applicable laws

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep the system operational at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will communicate significant planned downtime in advance when possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

SEO AI Co™ provides a ranking infrastructure system. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or lead generation results. SEO results depend on many factors beyond our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competition, and domain authority. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO AI Co™’s total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

13. Termination

You may cancel your licence at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Upon cancellation, your licence lapses and Section 4 applies.

We may terminate or suspend your licence if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that threatens the integrity of the system or other licensees.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify active licence holders via email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.
