Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SEO AI Co™ platform, website, and services. By using the platform, submitting a scan, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SEO AI Co™ is a website analysis platform. We provide:

• AI-assisted website diagnostic scans
• Structured SEO and visibility insights
• Upgrade layers that expand the depth and scope of your analysis
• Optional 1-on-1 strategy booking sessions with an SEO specialist

SEO AI Co™ is not a licensing system, a page deployment service, or a content publishing platform. We do not deploy pages to your website. We do not manage your hosting, CMS, or infrastructure. All outputs are analytical and informational in nature.

2. No Guarantees

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control — including search engine algorithm changes, your domain’s existing authority, your industry’s competitiveness, and how you implement the recommendations we surface.

SEO AI Co™ makes no guarantees of:

• Specific search rankings or ranking improvements
• Traffic increases or lead generation outcomes
• Indexation by any search engine
• Visibility in AI-generated search results or answer engines
• Any specific business outcome from following our recommendations

Our analysis identifies gaps and opportunities based on current signals. Acting on them is your responsibility.

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• All purchases are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
• Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase and is subject to change for future purchases.
• All prices are in USD.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment, the following refund policy applies:

• Scan ($2): Non-refundable. Your scan is initiated immediately upon payment.
• Upgrade Layers (Signal Analysis, Action Plan, Guided Execution, Market Expansion, Market Control): Non-refundable once the layer has been accessed or delivered. If you have not yet accessed the layer, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will review your request.
• Booking Sessions: Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at hello@seoaico.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Cancellation

Because all purchases are one-time transactions, there is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. To cancel a scheduled booking session, email hello@seoaico.com at least 24 hours before your session time.

6. AI-Assisted Analysis Disclaimer

SEO AI Co™ uses artificial intelligence to assist in identifying patterns, gaps, and opportunities in your website’s SEO signals. This analysis is:

• Informational only — it does not constitute professional advice
• Based on the data available at the time of your scan
• Not a substitute for professional SEO consultation, legal counsel, or business strategy advice

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on insights provided by this platform. SEO AI Co™ is not liable for actions you take or do not take as a result of your scan results.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of your website, domain, and any content you provide to us for analysis.

Our platform: The SEO AI Co™ platform — including its analysis engine, scoring logic, recommendation framework, and all system-generated outputs — is the intellectual property of SEO AI Co™. Use of the platform does not grant you any rights to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the underlying system or its outputs beyond personal use.

You may use insights and reports generated for your own site for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports or analysis outputs to third parties.

8. Agency Use

If you are an agency or consultant running scans and purchasing upgrades on behalf of clients, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with these Terms. You may share reports with your clients but may not resell access to the platform itself.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit websites you do not own or have authority to analyse
• Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our analysis engine or system logic
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform operational at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. We will communicate significant planned downtime in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SEO AI Co™’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform or other users. You may stop using the platform at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in King County, Washington.

16. Legacy Systems & Prior Deployments

If you previously engaged SEO AI Co™ under a prior licensing, deployment, or infrastructure-based model (“Legacy Systems”), those systems are no longer actively maintained under the current platform structure.

Reactivation, continuation, or support of any Legacy System may require transition into the current service model. This may include updated scope, pricing, and service level requirements based on market conditions and system complexity.

In certain cases, Legacy Systems may require entry at a higher service level to ensure alignment with current platform standards and operational integrity.
