Refund Policy

We aim to make our pricing clear and every purchase immediately valuable. This policy explains what applies to each service.

Site Scan

Non-refundable. Your scan is processed and your report is generated immediately upon payment. Because the digital product is delivered at the point of purchase, no refund is available once the scan has been submitted.

Analysis Upgrade Layers

Non-refundable once accessed. Upgrade layers — Signal Analysis, Action Plan, Guided Execution — are one-time digital products. Your expanded report is delivered and made accessible immediately upon purchase. Because the content is provided in full at the point of access, no refunds are issued after access is granted.

Booking Sessions

Refundable if canceled at least 24 hours before the session.

To cancel a booking, email hello@seoaico.com with your booking reference before the 24-hour window closes.

If we cancel or need to reschedule a session on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to book a new time at no additional charge.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@seoaico.com. Include the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We review all billing inquiries promptly.
